Latte's Landing is opening in Billerica this fall and we're building a small, calm, dog-obsessed team. Rescue-rooted, 10% of profit back to rescue, and real growth for the people who help us open the doors.

Currently all daycare, hotel, and grooming positions are filled.

If you'd like to express interest for future openings, you can still fill out an application below and we'll keep you in mind as the team grows.

Hotel Attendant

Based on experience

Provide a safe, engaging environment for our overnight and boarding guests — playtime, feeding, walks, and daily care with a focus on each dog's well-being.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime to ensure safe interactions
Provide daily care including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed
Maintain cleanliness of kennels, play areas, and equipment
Monitor health and behavior and report concerns to management
Communicate clearly with managers and supervisors about each dog's day
Handle heavy lifting associated with dog supplies and cleaning equipment
Follow all safety protocols to keep the environment secure

Requirements

Full-time & part-time
Day and evening shifts available
Weekends shifts - rotated with staff
Must be able to lift 20 lbs or more
Dog Behavior certification required before opening — paid by Latte's Landing

Small Dog Daycare Attendant

Based on experience

Create a safe, engaging environment for small-breed daycare guests — supervise play, read body language, and keep the room calm and happy all shift long.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime to ensure safe interactions
Provide daily care including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the daycare facility — play areas, equipment, and kennels
Monitor health and behavior and report concerns to management
Communicate clearly with managers and supervisors about each dog's day
Handle heavy lifting associated with dog supplies and cleaning equipment
Follow all safety protocols to keep the environment secure

Requirements

Large Dog Daycare Attendant

Based on experience

Create a safe, engaging environment for large-breed daycare guests — handle bigger dogs confidently, read body language, and stay vigilant every minute on the floor.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime to ensure safe interactions
Provide daily care including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the daycare facility — play areas, equipment, and kennels
Monitor health and behavior and report concerns to management
Communicate clearly with managers and supervisors about each dog's day
Handle heavy lifting associated with dog supplies and cleaning equipment
Follow all safety protocols to keep the environment secure

Overnight Attendant

Based on experience

Last play session of the day, walks and bathroom breaks, overnight deep-clean of the play rooms, and monitor guests through the night.

Comfortable working overnight shifts

Grooming

Based on experience

Provide bathing, brushing, trims, and breed-appropriate grooming in a calm, low-stress environment. Prior professional grooming experience or education required.

Bather

Based on experience

Help keep every dog looking and feeling their best with baths, blow-outs, brush-outs, and prep work in a calm, low-stress environment.

Responsibilities

Bathe and dry dogs of various breeds and coat types
Brush out coats and perform basic prep work before grooming
Check skin and coat condition and report concerns to the groomer
Maintain cleanliness of tubs, dryers, and grooming area
Handle dogs gently and calmly, including nervous or senior dogs
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Requirements

Must be able to lift 20 lbs or more

What we look for

Constant vigilance and care on the daycare floor
Calm handling and the willingness to read body language before things escalate.
Willingness to complete certifications (Dog Behavior, plus CPR/First Aid).
Weekend availability. Holidays — coverage is split across the team.
