Our daycare runs on shift-based play rotations — small, matched groups by size, age, and energy. Active blocks alternate with kennel rest and water breaks, so dogs leave happy, not over-stimulated.

Dog Hotel Boarding
18 primary & 2 presidential boarding suites built for comfort and relaxation — perfect for weekend getaways, holidays, and longer stays. Boarding guests join daycare play groups or private play during the day and unwind in their own suite at night.

- Standard drop-off and pickup windows apply. Early or late pickup is available for an additional charge — ask about availability.
- Miss the pickup or drop-off window? A day of daycare is added to your stay at $47 (e.g. 4–6 PM next-day pickup = boarding + 1 day of daycare).

Just Fur Paws operates a dedicated salon inside Latte's Landing. From full breed cuts and de-shedding to nail trims and add-ons — your dog is in the hands of the same team that has earned a loyal following in Burlington for over 15 years.

Recreation & Partnerships
On weekends our space opens up for community play, fitness classes, birthday parties, vendor markets, and rescue fundraising events. A retail shop and local vendor marketplace round out the experience.

Before your first visit
Things to know
A few requirements and policies that keep every pup at Latte's Landing safe, healthy, and happy.
Medical & emergency care
Dogs that are medically dependent or deemed medically unsuitable for a social daycare environment may not stay at Latte's Landing. If your dog needs emergency medical care during their stay, they'll be transferred to a local veterinary hospital at the owner's expense.
Temperament test
- All dogs attending playgroups or daycare must complete a temperament test to ensure the safety of every pup.
- We have a zero tolerance policy for aggressive behavior.
- Temperament tests are by appointment only.
Vaccinations (up to date)
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Bordetella
- A yearly fecal exam is required.
Flea & tick free
- All dogs must be on a regular flea and tick preventative.
Spay / neuter
- All dogs 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered for daycare, hotel allows all dogs subject to availability due to private play needs.
- Intact puppies under 6 months are accepted on a behavior-based basis.
Age requirements
- Pups must be at least 4 months old AND fully vaccinated to attend.
Dog license & collar
- Your pup must be registered and licensed in the town where you reside.
- All dogs must wear a flat buckle collar — no chain, choke, or prong collars.
- If the rabies vaccine was given out of state and no tag was issued, a rabies certificate is accepted as an alternative.
Drop-off, pickup & late fees
- Standard drop-off: 8–10am. Standard pickup: 4–6pm.
- Early or late drop-off / pickup is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Late pickup fee: $1 for every minute past your pickup window.
Training philosophy
- We use positive reinforcement methods only. No shock collars, prong collars, or aversive tools inside the facility.
